I have worked in the food industry for the past 10 years. After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, I traveled to Italy and worked on an organic farm. Coming from an Italian family of food lovers and restaurateurs, this experience confirmed my love for food and cooking. I have worked in the culinary field ever since, as a Chef, Foodservice Manager, Farmers’ Market Manager, Artisan Bread Baker, Cheese Maker, and Cheese, Meat, Beer and Wine Buyer/Retailer.

As your personal chef, I will bring to you my passion for cooking, backed up by culinary expertise and a broad range of experience. I value fresh, seasonal ingredients, and local and organic ones when available. All food is natural and made from scratch. I specialize in gourmet French, Italian, and New American cuisine, but have the ability to make anything you wish. Special diets can always be accommodated.
